Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original
packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we
receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and will be deducted
from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Edible products (candies, food items, or consumables) cannot be
returned due to health and safety reasons.
Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return

30 days of receiving your order.
2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization
number.
3. Ship your items back to us at the provided address. Please note that
returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order Issues
If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please notify
us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work quickly to
resolve the issue by sending replacements or issuing a refund,
depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for
shipping. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you
may still request a return once it arrives (eligible items only).
